Seated Acupressure Therapy:

This treatment works on over 60 acupressure points as well as specific trigger points, totalling over 100 points activated during the sequence. It focuses on the upper, mid & lower back, arms, neck & head. Clients feel refreshed & re-energised, as it brings about a state of alert relaxation.
A specially designed chair is used to administer the treatment, on which you sit fully clothed.Aromatherapy:
Essential oils can be added to carrier oils to enhance the effects of any oil based treatment. Essential oils can be chosen for specific benefits, such as calming, lowering blood pressure, easing aches & pains, reducing muscle spasms etc. We can incorporate essential oils into most oil based Massage & Reflexology treatments.
Therapeutic Back Massage:

Treatment focuses on the upper, mid & lower back, neck & shoulders. We use base oils derived from plants such as jojoba, grapeseed & sunflower & where appropriate may add some aromatherapy oils to enhance the experience. Afterwards you should feel relaxed & rested.
You will need to remove your shirt/top and lie face-down on a massage couch. Towels will be used to protect your remaining clothes & undergarments from the oil, & to cover any areas not being worked on. Hair bands/slides/grips etc are also used to avoid hair becoming oily.Indian Head Massage:
The areas worked on include the upper & mid back, shoulders, arms, neck, head & face. Afterwards you should feel refreshed & relaxed. The treatment is given with you fully-clothed with you sat in a comfortable chair .

Hopi Ear Candling:

Ear candling is performed with the client led down & fully clothed. It is followed with either a facial massage, hand, foot or ear reflexology. Allow 1 hour for this treatment.
Thai Massage:
- Releases muscular tension & stress
- Improves flexibility
- Strengthens joints
- Helps to maintain good posture
This is performed with the client led fully clothed (loose clothing) on a mat on the floor. Thai massage combines deep & sustained pressure into the muscles with passive stretching and mobilisation.
Reiki:
Reiki is a non-invasive energy based therapy which is very relaxing to receive. The aim of Reiki is to encourage the body to self-heal, bringing a sense of wholeness & wellbeing. The client may feel sensations of heat, cold or even tingling whilst the therapy is taking place.
This is a fully clothed therapy which can be received either whilst seated or laying on a therapy couch.
